Bartender / barmaid

Art’work Interim is a company specializing in providing personnel for the hospitality and event management sectors. Whether for restaurants, hotels, caterers, or events such as weddings, banquets, and corporate cocktails, we offer varied assignments in stimulating environments. We are looking for motivated bartenders to join our team and contribute to the success of bar services and events.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks according to customer orders.
• Set up the bar before service (prepare garnishes, clean, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar throughout service.
• Advise customers on available drinks and cocktails.
• Manage customer payments professionally.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.

Profile Sought:

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Dynamic, friendly, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English/Dutch (essential to communicate with a diverse clientele).
• Able to adapt to varied environments (restaurants or events).
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Available in the evening, weekends, and on holidays.
• Previous experience in a bar is a plus, but we also welcome motivated beginners!
